How does Click and Collect work?

Add your products to your shopping basket using our website, mobile site or IKEA Türkiye mobile application. Select the store from which you want to collect your order, then the collection day and time under Delivery Options. You can collect your pre-prepared order at the location specified in the SMS sent to you, after showing your order number and ID.

Step 1

Enter your delivery address on the Shopping Basket page and select "Click and Collect" option.

Step 2

Due to the delivery address you entered, the nearest IKEA stores that you can pick up are listed. Select a delivery store from the list.

After selecting the store where you want to pick up your products, choose a suitable day and time slot. After selecting the store where you want to pick up your products, choose a suitable day and time slot. For our stores other than the Bodrum and Adana Order and Pick Up Points, you can select a date from the following day onwards. For the Bodrum Order and Pick Up Point, you can book an appointment from 4 days’ time; for the Adana Order and Pick Up Point, from 6 days’ time.

Step 4

The stock status and store prices of the products will be checked according to the store you choose.

About out-of-stock products in store

The products you add to your basket are products that are in stock in the online store. When you select Click and Collect option, your basket is finalized after checking the stock and prices of the products in the store. You can order products online that are not in stock in the store using the Delivery to Address option.

“Collect the products in stock from the store, and have the products that are out of stock delivered to my address.” With this option, you can collect products in stock at the store you select. Products not in stock at the store will be delivered to your address.

“I will not collect from the store; have all the products in my basket delivered to my address.” With this option, all products in your basket will be delivered to your address.

“Collect the products in stock from the store, and remove the products that are out of stock from the basket.” With this option, you can pick up in-stock items at the store of your choice. Out-of-stock items will be removed from your basket.

Step 5

After you “Proceed to Payment Page” to complete your purchase, the order confirmation page will be displayed.

Step 6

You can pick up your order at the Click and Collect Point when you arrive at the store. Before picking up your products, make sure you have received an SMS or e-mail containing the notification “Your order has been collected and is ready for delivery.”

During delivery, simply show the order number from this message and your ID. You must collect your order on your preferred day and time. Otherwise, your order will be held for a maximum of 24 hours and will be canceled if this time is exceeded.

When collecting your products, be sure to check that they are complete and undamaged.

Frequently Asked Questions

From which store can I get my order?

You can collect your order from one of the nearest IKEA stores listed by the delivery address you have chosen. This service is available at Bayrampaşa, Ümraniye, Kartal, Ankara, Bursa, İzmir ve Antalya stores.

Why can’t I see Click and Collect service on the shopping basket page?
This service is only available for delivery addresses given within the provincial borders of our stores.

How much does Click and Collect cost?
The fee for this service will be TRY 200.

For how long can I collect my order from the store?
After selecting the store where you want to pick up your order, you can pick it up from the store on your preferred day and time slot. If your order is not picked up on your preferred day and time, it will be held for a maximum of 24 hours before being canceled.

What do I need to collect from the store?
Your ID, order number, and the delivery time slot provided will be verified by the relevant department, so please have your order number and ID with you.

Where in the store can I collect my order?
Your orders are delivered from product delivery points. You can reach this area by following the Store Product Delivery Point signs.

How can I cancel my order placed with Click and Collect option?
You can send your cancellation request by calling the IKEA Call Center via Contact Us page

Which products are included to Click and Collect service?
This applies to all furniture products sold in the online store and available in stock at the store where they will be collected.

Will there be a price difference for products purchased with the Click and Collect service?
There is no price difference between stores, except for the sale periods. You can check the latest prices of the products in your basket before you pay.
