TRY 750 Gift Voucher for Every TRY 7,500 Spent with IKEA Family Campaign Terms
• Under this campaign, for purchases made at all IKEA stores (“Stores”), on IKEA.com.tr and via the IKEA Türkiye mobile app (“Online Store”), a TRY 750 gift voucher will be issued for every TRY 7,500 spent on all furniture and accessory products purchased in a single transaction and on a single receipt/invoice (including VAT) via IKEA Family, in both physical and online purchases, subject to the terms of use set out below. (For example: customers will receive one TRY 750 gift voucher for a purchase of TRY 7,500, and one TRY 1,500 gift voucher for a purchase of TRY 15,000. Vouchers cannot be issued in partial amounts.) Gift vouchers cannot be earned by combining receipts or invoices.
• The campaign will apply to purchases of all furniture and accessory products.
• The campaign will be valid between 01.05.2026 and 31.05.2026.
• Gift vouchers earned under the campaign may be used until July 12, 2026 at the latest, for both online and in-store purchases made at Stores and via the Online Store. Regardless of the reason, as of the voucher’s expiry date, all vouchers and their balances will be deleted, cancelled and will not be reactivated.
• Gift vouchers will be activated for use on the day following the date of receipt. Gift vouchers cannot be used on the same day they are earned.
• The campaign is available to IKEA Family members.
- The campaign is available to individual IKEA Family members, and the invoice must be issued in the name of the individual or legal entity holding the IKEA Family membership.
- Voucher entitlements cannot be calculated on the value of purchases made using Business Gift Vouchers. Business Card benefits cannot be used simultaneously with the acquisition of a Gift Voucher under this campaign; in such cases, a Gift Voucher cannot be earned. Gift vouchers identified as having been obtained in this manner will be unilaterally cancelled by MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. without the need for any authorisation or notification. MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. reserves the right to claim the value of any gift vouchers spent prior to cancellation. Participants are deemed to have accepted this condition in advance. However, gift vouchers previously earned under the campaign may be used in conjunction with Business Card benefits.
- IKEA Family/IKEA Business Card members found to be making purchases for the purpose of reselling to third parties, even if they have met the campaign conditions and/or received a voucher, any vouchers earned from such purchases, identified as having been made for this purpose following an investigation, will be unilaterally cancelled by MAPA Mobilya ve Aksesuar Pazarlama A.Ş. (“MAPA Mobilya”)without the need for any authorisation or notification.
• Gift vouchers cannot be earned or used at the Swedish Food Market, the Swedish Restaurant, collection points, or at the delivery and assembly desks.
• When calculating the purchase amount eligible for the campaign, only product prices will be taken into account; delivery, assembly, product collection service and similar service charges will not be included in the calculation.
• As-Is Corner products* are included in the campaign; however, As-Is Corner products cannot be returned.
*As these products are sold with defects clearly disclosed to the consumer, no returns or exchanges may be requested on account of such defects. However, your legal rights under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 remain reserved.
• Gift vouchers cannot be converted into cash, transferred, sold to third parties, or used as a set-off against debt.
• Gift vouchers are issued on a personal basis and cannot be used by anyone else.
• MAPA Mobilya accepts no liability for lost gift vouchers, and no replacement will be issued. In this regard, the customer bears full responsibility for the safekeeping and use of the voucher until the end of the campaign. Details of the gift voucher can also be viewed on the IKEA Family membership screens.
• Along with the receipt, the gift voucher bearing a barcode number will be automatically printed at the till by the cashier and handed to the customer. Printed gift vouchers not collected at the time of sale cannot be collected physically on another day. Details of the gift voucher can also be viewed on the IKEA Family membership screens.
• The gift voucher must be presented to the cashier before the cashier begins scanning the items.
• Customers who have received a gift voucher are required to pay the amount exceeding the voucher value for purchases exceeding the voucher amount. If the purchase amount is lower than the voucher value, the unused balance will not be refunded and cannot be used in subsequent purchases. Gift vouchers can be combined for use. If the value of the voucher(s) the holder intends to use exceeds the value of the purchase, MAPA Mobilya will not issue a cash refund for the unused portion of the voucher, and this amount cannot be used in future purchases.
• Should the customer wish to return products purchased during the campaign period, the voucher issued under the campaign and delivered to the customer must also be returned by the customer, or the barcode details from the IKEA Family membership page must be provided. If the gift voucher is not returned by the customer, the amount equivalent to the value of the voucher to be returned will be deducted from the refund amount for the relevant purchase.
• Should MAPA Mobilya determine that the campaign conditions regarding the gift voucher have not been met, MAPA Mobilya reserves the right to refuse to honour or cancel the voucher, even if it has already been delivered to the customer.
• MAPA Mobilya reserves the right to revise the terms of the campaign at any time.
