Online Store Delivery Service
Delivery services for purchases made through our website are provided by Arvato Logistics, Horoz Logistics, Hepsi Jet, Yurtiçi Kargo, MNG, Kolay Gelsin, and Sürat Kargo, depending on the order size and delivery location.
The delivery company will deliver the products you have purchased to the door of the apartment at the address you have specified. If you are not at the specified address, a note will be left informing you that you can collect your delivery from the nearest branch. If you do not collect your package from the branch within three days, your package will be returned to us.
In villages and towns where delivery companies cannot deliver to the address, the order is sent to the delivery branch closest to the recipient's address. When the order arrives at the delivery branch, the recipient is notified. In this case, the recipient must pick up the order from the delivery branch. Deliveries to islands throughout Turkey can be made within the valid delivery restrictions of the respective companies. Depending on the size of your products, delivery companies can deliver to your address or a branch with telephone notification. After placing your order, you can track your order with the name of the delivery company and the tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS.
Our deliveries to the islands throughout Turkey are made as follows:
• For islands in Istanbul, the deliveries of accessory products over 10 decile are provided by Yurtiçi Kargo Suadiye Branch.
• In Çanakkale Adalar, Yurtiçi Kargo provides the delivery of accessory products for over 30 decile from Gökçeada 18 Mart Yurtiçi Kargo branch and Bozcaada Yurtiçi Kargo Ezine branch.
• For products which weigh above the determined weight in Istanbul and Çanakkale, delivery companies provide delivery to the address or delivery from branches or centrals with telephone notification.
• After placing your order, you can track with the delivery company’s name and by order tracking number that will be sent to you via SMS.
• For Marmara Island, delivery is available for orders of 10 desi and under. For orders over 10 desi, delivery is available to a common point in the Erdek district.
Delivery Charge
The minimum order price for online shopping is TRY 500. The delivery fee is TRY 299 for orders up to TRY 1.500, TRY 399 for orders up to TRY 3.000, TRY 549 for orders up to TRY 4.000, TRY 649 for orders up to TRY 5.000 and TRY 799 for orders up to TRY 7.500. For purchases over TRY 7.500 it is 11% of the total price of the products you buy.
Order Tracking
Once the products are delivered to the logistics provider, we send you an e-mail notification. Then, logistics providers notify you via SMS or phone calls about the delivery date.
You can track your order status on the order tracking page or by calling on 444 4 532, using your 15-digit order reference number. (e.g.: 162702130940295) You can also track your delivery from the logistics provider’s web site, using the cargo tracking number.
Important Notice
It is of utmost importance that you examine your order upon delivery to ensure that there are no visible signs of damage, crush, tears, missing or incorrect pieces. In case you notice anything out of ordinary, please do not take the delivery and ask the delivery staff to take a written record and dial 444 4 532 or contact us using the " Contact Us" form.
In case of you received incomplete/damaged or faulty products and did not claim to the delivery staff at the moment of the delivery, your request for refund or replacements may be denied upon the review of IKEA.
